Membership Agreement:

Memberships are non transferable. A monthly $35 membership fee is automatically billed to a valid credit card each month on the first or fifteenth of each month. After the twelve month agreement has been met, members may choose to cancel their membership at any time. Members may purchase gift cards for friends and family at member pricing. Members must provide updates of any changes in address or credit card information to Lakevue Plastic Surgery. Lakevue Plastic Surgery reserves the right to change the prices or member benefits at any time.

Perfect treatment for milia. Plant hormones promote a firming and tightening to the skin. Perfect when paired with laser skin tightening.

Diamond tip Microdermabrasion- Exfoliate! Exfoliate! Exfoliate! Gives great after glow! Improves tone and texture. (non members $130)

Gentle Yag laser skin tightening- light energy from the laser stimulates collagen improving skin firmness. No down time, non invasive.

 1 hr facial $65 (non members $130)- this is a facial lovers facial! If you prefer a facial over a massage, this is for you! No cutting corners here! Deep cleansing of the skin, beautiful mask treatment, hand and arm massage. Leave with a beautiful glow and relieve all your stress! This is for you!

Organic Spray tan $15 (non members $35)- Organic solution handmade in small batches, looks beautiful and natural! Everyone looks healthier, thinner, and more toned with a tan, plus it hides cellulite, veins, etc! Anyone trying to lose weight should get a spray tan, you will instantly look thinner, and feel motivated to move forward with your weight loss goals!

VI Peel $200 (non member $300)

Amazing Peel! Great for sun damaged skin & acne. Improves pores and texture of the skin. Not a beginners peel.

 

Botox & Fillers Menu:

Botox $10 per unit (non members $12 unit)- lasts 4-6 months.

Average units for forehead is 20, "11" lines between brows is 20 units, and crows feet 10 units (5 per eye). Dr. Jones performs all botox and filler procedures, Dr. Jones will determine the amount of units needed to achieve your best result.

Radiesse filler $500 (non members $650) lasts 9-12 months.

Restylane filler $450 (non member $550) lasts 4-6 months.

 

Lashes Menu:

lash or brow tint lasts 4 weeks $15 ($35 non member)

mink lash extensions- natural, waterproof, weightless. $199 ( $280 non member) allow 2 hrs.
