Lip augmentation is a generally safe procedure used to enhance the fullness and shape of a person's lips. People with thin lips, disproportionately shaped lips, or aging lips that show signs of wrinkles can achieve full, smooth lips after just one treatment. Using dermal fillers such as Juvederm , Dr. Jones can create fuller, more sensual lips that enhance the appearance of the entire face.  Juvederm Ultra lasts 4-6 months, while Juvederm Ultra Plus XC will last 9 months or longer.

Perma Facial Implant

Dr. Jones was the first physician in Tennessee and our surrounding states to offer permanent lip augmentation with the new groundbreaking Perma Facial Implant.  The Perma Facial Implant is made of soft, solid silicone elastomer using an injection molding process to produce a naturally contoured implant with a smooth, non-porous surface. The implant cannot rupture or deflate, and may be removed at any time. Unlike other permanent lip augmentation implants, the Perma Facial Implant's smooth surface does not cause tissue ingrowth, making it entirely removable (the only patients of ours that have wanted them removed were wanting them switched out for a larger size).  The procedure is done in the office with local anesthesia and only takes about 30 minutes.  The Perma Facial Implant, made by Surgisil, comes in a variety of sizes.  Whether you need minimal plumping of your lips, or more substantial augmentation, we have the ability to provide natural, beautiful lips.
