Laser Hair Removal

Candela Gentle Yag laser hair removal treatment is known for its ability to provide permanent hair reduction in all skin types, including darker skin tones and tanned skin.  Some areas of the body are more sensitive than others.  We can, if needed, topically numb the area before treatment. Typically after laser hair removal the area will have temporary redness.   Following laser hair removal, you can resume normal activities.  Your skin will be sensitive to the sun, so you should use sunscreen with zinc oxide.
 
* Do not pluck, tweeze or wax 4-6 wks before laser treatment.

* Shave area to be treated the day of treatment, before coming to your appointment.

* For best results, space your treatments 4 weeks apart.
           
* For 3-4 days after laser treatment it is best not to shave the treated area.
  Wash with a gentle cleanser.
