Consultations

All cosmetic & aesthetic consultations at Lakevue Plastic Surgery are complimentary.  We do, however, require  24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.  A $25 per 15 minutes (ex. new pt consult = 45 min appt = $75 no show fee) fee will be charged to your credit card in the event of a no show or failure to give us 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment.  We make reminder calls 2 days before appointments. When we have No Shows, we have patients who have to wait unnecessarily for appointments on other days due to our full schedule. 

Before Your Appointment

Please arrive 10 minutes early before your scheduled appointment time to fill out all the necessary paperwork.  You can also print some forms off our website, fill them out and bring them with you (or even fax them to us ahead of time and we'll have your chart all ready to go). The forms are located in the About tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Late Arrivals

At Lakevue Plastic Surgery, we do realize occasionally things occur such as traffic, illness, etc.. We do, however, request a courtesy call to let us know if you are running behind. This allows the schedule to run smoothly. This also allows Dr. Jones to answer all questions during your cosmetic consultation, giving his full attention to all his patients.
